Terms and Conditions and How to Order

Ordering

Place your order on-line, by phone 01554 749656 or by text 07789153471.

There is no minimum order.

We require your VAT number or business details with your first order as proof of trading.

All items come in a clear presentation box.

All in stock items are posted within 2 days, out of stock items can take up to 10 days you will be notified on receipt of your order with the option of a refund if the delivery timescale is not suitable.

If paying by cheque items will not be posted until cheques have cleared.

Please state your choice of colour and leave any other relevant information in the comment box at the checkout page, or ring us with your details, or we will contact you.

Delivery

UK Orders are subject to a delivery charge of £5.00 irrelevant of the quantity ordered.

Payment

Orders will only be processed with full payment.

Orders may be paid for with credit / debit cards via paypal on this site, or with a postal order or cheque made payable to FIRST IMPRESSIONS and posted to:

First Impressions accepts no responsibility for orders and/or payments lost in the post.

Prices

All prices are subject to VAT which will be added at checkout

Prices stated on the web site do not include VAT and are correct and may be subject to change.

Prices may change when discounts or special offers are given Terms and Conditions of special offers and discounts will be stated at the time.

Returns

If you wish to return any item you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

You must return the item within 7days in the same condition and packaging as when they were posted.

Items must be returned via recorded delivery only.
