In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately.

Items returned within 5 days and in their original condition and packaging will be refunded minus special delivery postage costs.

Items must be returned via special delivery, postage costs will not be refunded.

Damaged items, used items or items returned after 5 days will not be refunded.

Delivery Information:

All orders have FREE delivery and are sent via recorded / special delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

When your order is posted we will send you the royal mail reference code if you require it, please state when ordering.

First Impressions do not take responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery or damage once your order has been posted.

Jewellery items have a delivery time of 7-10 days, some items may take longer but we will advise on ordering.

We will give you an approximate delivery due date when you order.

You must agree to the terms and conditions set out below before placing your order.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Please make sure you have stated the right colours, style etc on ordering, as any mistakes on your behalf cannot be rectified once your order is completed.

Handmade items may have slight variations.

At times due to unavailability of stock it may be necessary to alter designs or change materials used without prior notice to you. The quality of the product will remain the same.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded.

Items will not be refunded after our 5 days return policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund excluding postage as long as items are returned within 5 days via special delivery and in the exact condition and packaging as received.

We do not refund pierced ear-rings.

We do not refund special delivery postage costs.

Competitions and Offers

We reserve the right to end any competitions or offers early without notice.

Competition winners will be notified within 14days of the close of the competition.

You will not be notified if you were not successful in a competition.

All prices or prizes are as stated in competitions or offers, we will not offer alternatives.

Postage for competition prizes is free to all addresses in the UK. Please note competition winners outside of the UK will have to pay postage fees.

Competition prizes may not be transferred to any other person.

First Impressions take no responsibility for damage, loss, late delivery or disappointment suffered by the winner.

No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the prize offered being unavailable.

We reserve the right to amend these rules at anytime.

Entry into any competition or offer implies the acceptance of these rules.
